There are extremes for everything, a simple way and a complex way. Nowadays we even have electronic visualization boards. But here we are talking about the simple ones only.
Scrapbook
Get some old notebook. Find some old newspapers and illustrated magazines. Find and Cut out photos that you wanted in life like a car, dream house, watch, pen and whatever you 'really; wanted, from the magazines. And paste it on the notebook. If you want, you can add some titles to the picture like I own this car! or Daily I drive this car to my office . And daily morning and night spend sometime, as little as 5 minutes going through the pictures and create the feeling of having it now. And soon you will have it.
Visualization Board
Same thing as above, but the only difference is , we are using a big board here and pin down our dreams there. And placing the board on a place that we get to see usually. Preferably on a place that we see daily just after waking up.
Create Videos
Search down pictures of your dream through google and save it in a folder. And use a free movie editing software like Windows Movie maker or something to give it life. Download some inspiring tracks and give it even more life. Add titles. And daily put your headphone up and live your dreams for several minutes. And you are certainly going to live your dreams.
